France is a country with lots of rivers that can impact the people who live there. There are 51 rivers in total there are the five main rivers. Loire river (1,020 km), The Rhine river (1,233 km), Rone (813 km), the Seine river (776 km) and Garonne river (602 km). Some of the rivers need the mountains near them for their water. Rivers such as Seine and Rone, rely on the Alps. When the snow melts the water goes into the rivers near it. Since France has all these rivers, if they overflow it can be pretty bad if they do. There are alot of storms and minor floods in France.There has been more and more floods due to global warming and many more people have been getting affected by it. In conclusion,France is a country with alot of  rivers and minor flooding.
